Basics.

Some nights you need to put away the computers, put away the controllers and just get back to basics.

I’ll be spinning at the Pancakes and Booze Art Show Friday August 31st and Saturday Sept 1st.  The last show was pretty amazing and this time they intend to kick it up a few more notches!

Set List for AI Portland’s “Dressing Rooms” Fashion Show

I was lucky enough to be asked back to serve as Music director for the Art Institute of Portland’s “Dressing Rooms” Fashion show.  Act 1 had designs inspired by various neighborhoods in Portland.  In between each scene I was able to create some soundscapes with found sounds from each neighborhood.  Also for the first time in the 6 years I’ve been doing this show we were able to break new ground by incorporating live musicians into different parts of the show.  Banjo Master Max Skewes was kind enough to write an original piece of music for the show, which he performed live on the runway.
